How to use 

1. Remove the center film and attach the heart shape to the belly button
2. Remove both films and press evenly to adhere well to the skin

Caution

1. If there is any abnormality on the skin such as swelling, pain, red spots, etc. during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. 
2. Do not use if you have skin diseases, eczema, or allergies. 
3. Keep out of reach of children and avoid direct sunlight or high temperatures of 30 degrees or higher. 
4. In most cases, you will feel the highest skin temperature between 2 and 4 hours after wearing, and the warmth lasts for 8 hours.  However, if you feel that it is too hot during use, stop using it.
